1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Items marked as βfinal saleβ, perishable goods, intimate items, digital products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Email support@chiptopin.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product (if damaged)
- A brief reason for the return
- Our team will provide a Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
- Use tracked shipping to avoid loss during transit.
3. Inspection & Refund Approval
- All returned items are inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.
- Refunds are issued if the product meets eligibility requirements.
- If the return is rejected, the item will be sent back at your expense.
- Refunds are processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method, with a confirmation email once completed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Report the issue within 7 days of receipt.

- We cover return shipping costs for replacements or refunds in these cases.
- Replacements depend on stock availability.
5. Late Refunds

6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product or one of equal value, subject to stock availability.

Please ensure items are securely packaged for returns. ChipTopin Canvas is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
10. Extended Holiday Returns
Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 15 of the following year.
