ChiptoPin prioritizes customer satisfaction by providing a transparent Refund and Returns Policy. This ensures a fair process for all customers seeking to return products or request refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:
Products are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All accessories, manuals, and original tags must also be intact. Returns for perishable goods, intimate items, or those marked as “final sale” are not accepted unless defective. Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable, as stipulated in our exclusions.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers should email support@chiptopin.com with their order number, photos of the product (if damaged), and a brief description of the reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions, including the address for shipping. Customers are advised to use tracked shipping to avoid loss during transit.

Inspection and Refund Approval:
Once the returned item is received, our quality assurance team inspects it for compliance with return eligibility criteria. Refunds are approved if the product meets all conditions. If a return is rejected, the product will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within 7 days of receipt. Photos of the damage and order details must be included. ChiptoPin will cover the shipping costs for replacement items or refunds under these circumstances. Replacement availability depends on stock levels.

Late Refunds:
Customers who experience delays in refunds are encouraged to first contact their financial institution. If the issue persists, ChiptoPin’s support team will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are available for the same product or one of equal value, subject to inventory availability. Customers follow the same process as returns for initiating exchanges. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered as alternatives.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective products. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
Customized products, hazardous materials, and clearance items are excluded from our return policy unless otherwise stated.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers must ensure that products are securely packaged for returns to avoid damage during transit. ChiptoPin is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Extended Holiday Returns:
During the holiday season, items purchased between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 15 of the following year.
